This option covers the first phase of the project:
 
Paving Replacement – this would be select sections of pavement where it is damaged enough (alligator pattern cracking). This amounts to about 2,700 sf, which is 10% of our asphalt. So not a lot, but select spots. If you’ve seen the white line markings back in the alley, those are the areas that we’d consider having replaced.
Crack Repair – Hot tar crack repair filler into the large cracks (like the central drain low spot in the middle of the alley). We have about 1,000 ft of crack fill based on our field estimate.
